Shane Mac Neill was traditionally trained in a Michelin Star restaurant. Followed by a career working professionally in renowned high-end establishments. During this time, he has amassed experience in advanced techniques with different styles of cuisine and the science behind the food. Shane made the decision to move on and open with an experienced team, SAFE HOUSE, a hospitality consulting company.
